Seriously!! What a fantastic job! From my first WhatsApp inquiry with Kelvin to the whole process I could only tell one word! Is just amazing!I am a mom just got my newborn 1 month old, i have few times lost of my pregnancy in 2 years then very hard only i got this second baby and it is a gift from god. I have my 1st child and i got a tattoo for my 1st child few years back and I told my self I will also get 1 if i have a second baby. So I am so excited looking for idea and i have contacted one tattoo shop in KL and they are very arrogant, ask to paid non refund deposit without further discussion and i don't even know who is the artist why should I need to paid and nothing ensure me behind, i was really unhappy with my chatting experience with them, they doesn't mind my little tattoo I am pretty sure because doesn't bring them much.Then i found google with the best ranking (Family Tattoo) , so i decided to text them, I chat with Kelvin this morning, he is very kind and patient with me with all my silly questions, and I requested Artist BO as I saw some review about BO with his talent.So, i told Kelvin I will drop by and if they are free then only entertain me, i am not willing to paid a non refundable deposit.I would like to discuss with BO for my tattoo which is very important for me with my pregnancy story.. I want it to be done perfectly of cos! Then i arrive at their shop straight after our WhatsApp chat in the morning and I was attend by BO 😍He is very very good and friendly, i am suprise BO already know my story and my tattoo request and this can see how they communicated among the team and I really appreciate it. Then BO came out with the design which is really nice as per what I described, the whole process took me about 2hours.Since how happy I am from the a to z, even the tattoo time i didnt feel any pain ( no, I am joking, it is pain 😂)And in btw the tattoo time, chit chat still with Kelvin in WhatsApp even I never met him, feel like is my friend, chatting like a friend. They are not lansi, not arrogant like some other tattoo shop which I experienced it even from WhatsApp chat, make you didn't want to go to their place already.Overall I am really sastified with my tattoo! I took a picture with BO, he is fantastic, amazing, he made my day! I am a happy mom and my tattoo dream came true! Thank you TATTOO Family! Thank you Kelvin and BO! Keep up the great work!
I was a little scared to get a tattoo again, because of a bad experience once at another tattoo place. But with Kai I felt really comfortable and he was very patient. Made a perfect design for me and even I was a little difficult and wanted to change some things, he was so patient.Also he made my other tattoo nice and even again. Been ages since my last trip to sg wang plaza! Last 25 years it was kinda scary 😅 but not anymore. Quite a facelift, plaza looks brand new now.Keepin it short (notreallylol), i was strollin down near low yatt the oth day and thought i needed to re visit sg wang. Then i saw this shop and out of the blue i felt like i wanted to repierce my belly button. Had mine pierced in the 90s 😅 in one of the shops here too. Took em out after my last pregnancy.Since ive had oni 15mins less before meetin a friend, So i went in, said hello. Met Kelvin, and In just 10 mins all done! Easy peasy. Painless! Last time id purple ones, so i chose clear diamond bar this time around for 200bux all in.Overall im happy with the service n all. Kudos to Kelvin. Pleasant experience. Had my first couple of tattoos here and it was a pleasant experience. They listened and answered all my queries patiently. The best part is they did exactly what I asked for instead of pressuring/ persuading something else.❤ My tattoo artist Jovi had a great vibe - he was professional and friendly. Would love to get more tattoos done here. Highly recommended.
Done 2 piercing by Eva and a tattoo by Bo, the piercings was literally good, she answered all my questions and handle it very well. While Bo was very good as well, as he keep checking in the pain level and make sure I’m comfortable through the tattoo process.
